India has made many decisive steps in the space tech sector, shifting from being hesitant to invest in space missions to achieving major milestones like the Chandrayaan-3 mission in 2024. In 2022 the first private rocket Vikram-S launch has been a major boost to get government support for private space tech players in the form of funding, technology upgradation, and infrastructure. The organization aims to make frequent launches by 2025 with rockets that require less infrastructure and are launch-ready within 72 hours.

Bellatrix Aerospace- Founder in 2015 in Bangalore, this tech company focuses on satellite propulsion and orbital manoeuvring. It recently tested its Hall Effect Thruster which is a fuel-efficient electric propulsion engine. In 2021, it partnered with Skyroot to fly its Orbital Transfer Vehicle (OTV) on Vikram I rockets.

Dhruva Space- Dhruva Space Specializes in satellites and offers a complete suite of solutions starting from platforms and launches to ground services. Dhurva was also among the first to sign an MoU within IN-SPACe and has also partnered with Skyroot, NSIL, and French companies to expand its capabilities
