Motorola has unveiled the Razr FIFA World Cup 26™ Edition, a limited-edition smartphone designed to celebrate the world’s biggest football tournament. The launch event highlights Motorola’s position as the official smartphone partner of the FIFA World Cup 2026.
The Razr is part of the ‘Collections by Motorola’ range and has been launched as a collectible rather than another phone in the market. The tournament’s official brand inspires Razr’s rear panel. It features geometric patterns and motion graphics that convey energy and unity. The multicolor trim complements the soft-touch vegan leather background, which blends seamlessly with the Razr’s folding design.
According to Motorola, “the bright green color chosen for this device represents not only an element of the football pitch but also where passion, possibilities, and competition meet.” The green also symbolizes “growth, renewal, and momentum, feelings that fans go through with each goal, comeback, or final whistle heard at the World Cup.”
The limited-edition Razr features essential hardware and software for fans. The phone features an intelligent external display for easy interaction, an AI-enhanced camera system to capture match-day experiences, and Moto AI for intelligent everyday functionality. The phone has a titanium-reinforced hinge, an IP48 protection rating, and a 4500mAh battery.

The new smartphone features unique FIFA-themed personalization settings. This includes the option to set unique wallpapers, use the official tournament theme as a ringtone, and display a FIFA watermark in images before posting them on social networking platforms.
Rudi Kalil, President of North America for Motorola, explained the company's increasing focus on sports, saying, “With this device, we are bringing fans closer to the action like never before.”
Verizon is the exclusive North American carrier partner. Sales will begin on February 12 through Verizon, Total Wireless, and Motorola’s official website. Unlocked versions will soon be available on Amazon. Canadian buyers can visit motorola.ca to purchase the smartphone.
