LG Electronics has doubled down on OLED as its premium TV strategy at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. The company displayed its flagship model, the LG G6, the midrange variant LG C6, the basic LG B6, and the comeback of the super-slim LG W6 Wallpaper OLED TV as part of the 2026 OLED TV lineup.
The pitch is clear: brighter panels, smarter AI features, cleaner installations, and adequate firepower competing with high-end Mini LED rivals from Samsung, Sony, and TCL.
The W6 and G6 are built around LG Display’s new Primary RGB Tandem 2.0 OLED panel, which stacks separate red, green, and blue emission layers instead of relying on a single layer. LG claims this design improves efficiency, durability, and peak brightness.
According to the company's statements, select HDR highlights can now touch up to 4,500 nits, a number aimed squarely at Mini LED dominance in bright-room performance. A new light-absorbing design is set to cut reflections down to just 0.3%, while Hyper Radiant Colour Technology boosts brightness without sacrificing color accuracy or darkness levels.
The new α11 AI Processor Gen3 is responsible for powering these devices. This chip runs dual AI pipelines to reduce noise while preserving fine details.
LG W6 is designed for buyers who prioritize aesthetics as much as picture quality. With a 9 mm class panel and a redesigned wall mount, the television rests firmly against your wall, edge to edge. Connectivity is handled by a wireless Zero Connect Box with a 10 metre range, keeping the display cable-free while delivering seamless 4K audio and video.

The G6 model offers up to 20% higher brightness than the previous year’s G5. C6 continues as LG’s mainstream OLED, with select variants adopting the new Tandem panel. The B6 design is the most affordable entry point, adding larger screen sizes but skipping some advanced brightness and AI features.
Overall, LG’s 2026 OLED range signals that the company is not ready to cede the premium TV conversation, even as Mini LED competition grows.
