At CES 2026, Infinix showcased its Note 60 Series with always-on satellite communication and bladeless fan technology. Offering a glimpse into next-gen smartphone innovations, the tech firm confirmed these features will soon be available to users in its upcoming smartphone lineups.
Chinese smartphone manufacturer Infinix showcased various new technological innovations during the 2026 edition of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2026). Unveiling its always-on satellite communication solution, the brand claimed to connect users when their handsets are outside cellular network coverage areas.
The company is reportedly covering nearly two-thirds of the Earth's surface with this satellite communication. Infinix also confirmed it will launch the Note 60 series with satellite calling and messaging options.
Infinix’s satellite communication supports 4 kbps transmission, enabling two-way calling and short message service. Its satcom technology is built on a unified communication system. The company affirmed that this service will not require additional registration, allowing users to seamlessly switch between cellular and satellite connectivity.
Infinix’s Note 60 series will be its first launch featuring this satellite communication feature. The company also plans to use its satcom innovation to enable 6G communication.
Infinix has also introduced its new HydroFlow Liquid Cooling Architecture. This functionality is useful for maintaining temperature and boosting overall performance on all upcoming smartphone models.
The cooling system uses a ‘Dual-Piezoelectric-Ceramic, Single-Pump Technology’, capable of maintaining airflow without a fanning setup. The company explained how the air is pumped using “electric current to drive high-frequency deformation of piezoelectric ceramics.”
This technology also drives fluorinated liquid at a “high-speed flow rate of up to 6.5 ml per minute.” Infinix claimed that it can virtually double the speed of “conventional active liquid cooling systems,” also offering 100 percent coverage of the core heat sources in the motherboard.
Infinix has unveiled its new gaming controller, allowing wireless connection to its smartphones. It comes with an expandable controller; users have to place their handsets in the middle to play games.
It can also be used as a standalone gaming peripheral. The device features a pressure-sensitive touchpad, wireless magnetic triggers, and micro switches.
The Chinese technology firm introduced its new AI ModuVerse system as well, ideal for handsets with five Modu accessories. ‘Mic Modu’ is said to offer a “professional” audio microphone with noise reduction; ‘SportsCam Modu’ can be magnetically attached to the handset, ensuring better stability in video recording. Other accessories that are set for release include Meeting Modu, StackPower Modu, and VlogCam Modu.
