Solana (SOL) Hacks Continue; Investors Switch to Orbeon Protocol (ORBN) and Huobi Token (HT)
Published on

In recent months, many investors have shifted their focus from Solana (SOL) to Huobi Token (HT) and Orbeon Protocol, a venture capital industry-changing technology. As the most talked about new venture, what sets Orbeon Protocol apart from the competition?

For one, Orbeon Protocol is in phase 3 of its presale and already seeing significant price increases, upwards of 655%. To understand the investor migration from SOL to Orbeon Protocol (ORBN) and Huobi Token, let's examine each platform!

Solana (SOL)

Solana, a blockchain with a growing user base due to its fast transaction times, has fallen victim to frequent attacks in the cryptocurrency industry, with users reporting that their assets were stolen from "hot" wallets that had been linked to the internet.

In August of this year, the Solana network was the victim of a multi-million-dollar hack, leaving users shocked after they discovered their wallets had been emptied by hackers.

The Solana Status Twitter account said that over 8,000 wallets had their assets stolen by an anonymous party. A total of roughly $8 million has been lost thus far, according to estimates.

The Solana team said they were looking into the attack, but facts remained sketchy at best. According to a spokesman for Solana Labs, Solana's network was responsible for the exploit but promised a further investigation.

However, after the attack, trust in Solana among investors was low. The hack left most investors with nothing, which is why it's no surprise that they're now switching to safer options like Huobi Token.

Huobi Token (HT)

Huobi is an industry-leading cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial services provider. Huobi, founded in 2013 by Leon Li, has been a frontrunner in the effort to popularize blockchain technology.  As such, being the native token of this expansive exchange, Huobi Token remains in high demand.

Huobi Token provides a variety of crypto and DeFi services, including wallet services, commercial and industrial connections, and a marketplace for buying and selling cryptocurrencies. The Huobi ecosystem's utility and native token, Huobi Token (HT), was introduced in 2018.

Along with fueling Huobi's internal economy, the Huobi Token also has a clever hyper-deflationary mechanism that increases its value and safeguards it from the volatile supply and demand imbalance in the cryptocurrency market. Huobi Token is, therefore, still a favorite among investors.

Orbeon Protocol (ORBN)

The venture capital sector has been radically altered by the introduction of Orbeon Protocol. Offering reward and equity-based NFTs as a form of investment in budding startups, the decentralized investment platform has made startup investing accessible to the average person.

Orbeon Protocol NFTs are fractionalized and issued from as low as $1 by startups seeking funding on the platform. By using Orbeon Protocol's NFT-as-a-service (NFTaaS), these companies can raise capital in less time and at a lower cost than with other competing platforms and traditional venture capital methods.

Orbeon protocol's native token, ORBN, grants holders access to exclusive investment groups. Besides allowing users to have a voice in important choices and gain early access to the next rounds, ORBN also provides holders with low transaction fees on the platform's exchange.

Although Orbeon Protocol is one of the more recent entrants into the cryptocurrency industry, its platform provides substantially more accessibility for both new and seasoned investors.

ORBN tokens are now selling at $0.030, but by the time the presale closes, that price is likely to have increased to approximately $0.24, according to estimates by industry experts.
