Nikovit Inc. is now moving into a stage of growth characterized by increased distribution in the U.S., logistics realignment, and annual sales increase. The annual sales increase results from President Nikolay Grebentsov’s recent judging position at the Cases and Faces. Here, he judged emerging firms and leadership strategies in the small and medium business environment, using the perspective of an industry player.
Grebentsov has been pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of the process by ensuring that the firm’s operations are aligned with its goals of expanding in the HVAC market through an operation-led strategy. With experience in HVAC, industrial, logistics, and automotive industries, Grebentsov has used his experience to help the firm achieve its growth objectives.
Under Grebentsov’s leadership, several changes have been implemented to improve storage, transportation, and distribution operations, which have led to an increase in the output of products by about 40 percent. Meanwhile, the changes in the suppliers’ network and transportation processes resulted in an estimated 27 percent decrease in logistics expenses.
These developments allowed for expanding the business to three more U.S. markets and developing new wholesale relations with HVAC distributors located in the Midwest and East Coast regions of the country. The organizers of the industry awards pointed out the focus of Grebentsov on execution and expense management.
Product development was also one of Grebentsov’s responsibilities. Together with manufacturing partners in America and Asia, he organized benchmarks of performance for the new Nikovit residential line of ductless Mini split heat pumps under its own brand name EZCOOL AIR. Also, he was responsible for the process of testing, certification, and quality control needed to meet the efficiency standards of the United States.
Thanks to coordination between engineering departments and manufacturing, the company claims to have reduced production time. The energy-efficient and economically viable line of ductless Mini split heat pump EZCOOL AIR will go into the U.S. market in the first quarter of 2027, and due to that, Grebentsov’s company will start to plan procurement and production further.
Partnership creation is yet another area in which attention has been devoted. Grebentsov has worked towards building partnerships with suppliers in order to facilitate access to more efficient equipment and cost structures. He has also forged partnerships with HVAC service providers in order to install and maintain equipment in many different states.
Furthermore, Nikovit has claimed that logistics partnerships built by Grebentsov in his earlier business ventures were responsible for reduced transportation costs.
Before joining Nikovit, Grebentsov spent more than a decade developing businesses in automotive retail, logistics, and industrial imports. His background includes scaling an automotive parts operation into a regional warehouse business, launching a shipping company focused on fleet-based commercial delivery, and building an import business distributing peat moss and related products. Alongside this work, he is a member of the Global Business & Finance Association, reflecting his ongoing engagement with international business and finance networks.
The leadership style of Grebentsov is considered pragmatic and systems-focused, focusing more on results than on fast growth. His philosophy is based on the endurance of the process, cost-effectiveness, and relevance of the product to the existing market needs.
As Grebentsov prepares for its next phase of growth in 2027, including potential entry into additional U.S. regions, Grebentsov remains focused on supply-chain efficiency, product reliability, and operational discipline. With recent industry awards underscoring this approach, his role continues to influence the company’s direction within a competitive HVAC market, illustrating how operational strategy and evidence-based decision-making can support sustained business growth.
