Lindroos’ career at Solita spans over 15 years, starting in senior international roles and advancing to Executive Vice President in Finland, before becoming CEO in 2021. He has driven international expansion at Solita while building successful teams which executed major changes to the company’s data and AI and cloud solution operations.
