A person claiming to have access to an internal build of Grand Theft Auto 6 surfaced online with what they say is evidence supporting their access to Rockstar Games’ highly anticipated title. The latest claim added another layer to the long-running stream of GTA 6 leaks and rumors ahead of the game's expected release.
The individual reportedly shared material intended to demonstrate that they can access a development version of the game. However, as with previous GTA 6 leaks, the authenticity of the claims has not been independently confirmed.
According to Insider Gaming, the leaker provided information and material that they believe could verify access to a GTA 6 build. The evidence reportedly includes details that would be difficult to obtain from publicly available footage or previously circulated leaks.
The person has apparently attempted to distinguish their claims from ordinary speculation by demonstrating access rather than simply posting alleged screenshots or making predictions about Rockstar’s upcoming game.
That distinction is important because GTA 6 has been the subject of countless rumors since Rockstar officially announced the game. Fans have regularly encountered supposed leaks, some genuine-looking and others quickly dismissed as fabricated.
A genuine development build could provide access to unfinished game content, internal assets, or features not yet shown publicly.
However, development builds can change considerably before a game reaches players. Features may be removed, redesigned or replaced during production. As a result, even authentic material from an internal version would not necessarily represent the final GTA 6 experience.
The situation also highlights the security challenges surrounding major game releases. Rockstar has previously dealt with significant leaks involving GTA 6, including the large-scale leak of development footage in 2022.
Interest in Rockstar’s next Grand Theft Auto game remains exceptionally high. GTA 6 is expected to return players to Vice City and the fictional state of Leonida, with protagonists Lucia and Jason at the centre of the story.
Because of the game's popularity, even small pieces of alleged information can spread rapidly across social media and gaming communities. The latest build-access claim is therefore attracting attention, but fans should approach the material cautiously until Rockstar or another reliable source confirms it.

Rockstar Games has not publicly responded to the latest claim. The studio has generally kept GTA 6 details tightly controlled, releasing information through official announcements and trailers rather than addressing every online rumor.
For now, the alleged build access remains unverified. If the evidence is genuine, it could offer an unusual glimpse into Rockstar's development process. If not, it would simply become another entry in the long list of GTA 6 rumors circulating online.
Either way, the episode shows just how closely fans are watching every new development surrounding one of gaming's most anticipated releases.
