Google Introduces A New AI Bot with Subscription Model
Google is making significant modifications to its generative AI bot Bard, renaming the programme Gemini.
This modification reflects the underlying AI model that drives it and introduces a new premium edition for users.
Gemini Advanced is a premium version that provides consumers with access to Google's biggest AI model, Gemini Ultra, for $19.99 per month as part of the Google One AI Premium subscription.
In addition to Gemini Ultra, the subscription includes 2TB of Google Cloud storage and, in the future, Gemini integration with Google Docs, Gmail, Slides, and Sheets.
Last March, Google released Bard, an AI platform that lets users write text prompts and receive responses in the form of text, code, and graphics.
