As a girl, growing up in the family, Jamileh had responsibilities at home and had to help and contribute. Although she always prioritized her schoolwork, she found it challenging to juggle her chores, work, and social life. Fast forward many years later, Jamileh is still juggling work, raising kids, supporting family members, and running a household. "It is often said that women are better at multitasking than men. I don't know if this is true, but I can say without a doubt that in my case, I am a born multitasker, after all my work and acreer are my second family" says Jamileh.

Jamileh contemplates that it may not sound like much but trying to instill change and innovation within a giant company with pre-established (and often out-dated) processes is not as easy as it sounds. But, she eventually managed to showcase the business case to the team from a different perspective, and her company was able to provide a custom and cutting-edge solution to its customer. This resulted in a great feat and numerous industry accolades. This experience was proof of turning challenges into opportunities and is so rewarding for Jamileh. It taught her new ways to challenge the status quo and, most importantly, to get people to see her vision.
