Dubai’s Cryptocurrency Regulator Alerts Customers Related to Cryptocurrency Risks

Dubai’s cryptocurrency regulator reportedly urges companies about the risks of digital currencies.

According to Bloomberg, The Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) has revised its rules and will mandate that businesses wishing to promote digital currencies in the UAE must now feature a new and "clearly visible" warning starting from October 1.

Digital currency firms are required to notify their customers that “virtual assets may lose their value in full or in part, and are subject to extreme volatility,” according to the report.
