RoxomTV, the independent media subsidiary of Roxom Global, today officially launches as the world’s first 24/7 Bitcoin‑native media network powered by a 100% Bitcoin treasury. Roxom Global - parent of both RoxomTV and Roxom, the Bitcoin-denominated securities exchange - confirmed it has secured $17.9 million in strategic financing: A total of $7.9M raised for Roxom’s exchange from investors such as Draper Associates, Borderless Capital, ego death and Kingsway Capital, and $10M in committed private funding for RoxomTV to scale global Bitcoin media coverage during the next 4 years.
Like MicroStrategy and Metaplanet, RoxomTV has strategically adopted a Bitcoin treasury, becoming the first media network to fully integrate BTC into both its financial architecture and operational model.
“Bitcoin isn’t a trend - it’s the foundation of our entire operation,” said Helena Martel Seward, CEO at RoxomTV. “We don’t just cover Bitcoin - we run on it, follow the pulse of its price, and remain focused on global Bitcoin redenomination. From our treasury strategy to our content creation philosophy, we’re building the media infrastructure that reflects the future of money.”
RoxomTV will collaborate with Xapo Bank, whose Bitcoin banking rails bolster RoxomTV’s ambition to become a fully Bitcoin-backed media powerhouse and demonstrate strong institutional faith in its vision.
RoxomTV delivers global content through three hubs—San Francisco, London, and, as of Q3 2025, Hong Kong—each providing full-spectrum regional coverage and linked by infrastructure that hands off programming instantaneously, creating a seamless, follow-the-sun feed so viewers never miss key market moves, breaking news, or emerging Bitcoin trends.
“Building a Bitcoin-native capital market is a marathon, not a sprint. This financing and the launch of RoxomTV are just the starting gun. Over the coming months, Roxom will unveil additional products, partnerships, and key milestones on our journey to become the world’s first Bitcoin-denominated securities exchange and bring Bitcoin standards to global finance.” said Borja Martel Seward, co-founder and CEO of Roxom Global.
