Xiaomi is preparing to expand its global flagship lineup. A new benchmark listing confirms Xiaomi 17 is almost ready to go outside China.
The global variant of Xiaomi 17 appeared on the Geekbench database, bearing the model number 25113PN0EG. As shared by tipster Abhishek Yadav, the listing confirms this device will come powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with an Adreno 840 GPU and 12GB RAM. It also boots Android 16, which suggests that Xiaomi has started testing the global software version ahead of the rollout.
According to Abhishek Yadav, Xiaomi is planning a global launch for Xiaomi 17 in January 2026. The Chinese company is expected to bring the device to India either in the same month or by February 2026.
However, the company has not yet provided any details on whether it will launch Xiaomi 15 Pro globally. The company had previously reserved Xiaomi 15 Pro for only China, and might do the same this year as well.
Another tipster, Yogesh Brar, mentioned that only Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra are being tested in India, and for now, there is no Pro or Pro Max model in the global pipeline.
Xiaomi 17 was launched in China in September with a 6.3-inch OLED display offering 2,656x1,220 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with a Leica-backed triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP Light Fusion 950 primary sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide lens. The selfies are handled by a 50MP front camera.
The phone integrates Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset along with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 312GB of UFS 4.1 storage. It runs Android 16 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS 3.0 interface.
Powering the device is a 7,000mAh battery that supports 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, making this model one of the largest-capacity models in its class.

In China, Xiaomi 17 starts from CNY 4,499 for the 12GB + 256GB variant. If this specification range is true, prices in India could start at a minimum of Rs. 50,000-Rs. 56,000.
This isn't a confirmed estimate, as Xiaomi has not confirmed the official pricing for the device in India. With ongoing tests across the globe and new certifications showing up, users are expecting Xiaomi 17 to make an early 2026 global appearance, with India among the first markets to receive this release.
