Realme GT 8 Pro is set for its official release in India on November 20, 2025, making its return to the premium smartphone segment. The launch is consistent with Realme's promise to introduce innovative features and flagship-style technology at an attractive price in India.
The listing for the GT 8 Pro shows it available on Flipkart and Realme's official online store, with offline sales channels planned soon thereafter. Such features demonstrate that the GT 8 Pro will be among the most anticipated flagships in India.
The new GT 8 Pro will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, built on TSMC's most advanced and power-efficient 3 nm technology. Thus, the smartphone's performance and efficiency will be exceptional. Marketing highlights indicate an AnTuTu score exceeding 4 million, confirming its top-tier position. Memory and storage options are expected to include LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, respectively.

The battery capacity is quite large with 7,000 mAh, and fast wired charging at 120 W has been confirmed. The availability of wireless charging has been mentioned for specific markets.
Realme has partnered with Ricoh to develop the camera system for the GT 8 Pro. The rear of the phone is said to have a triple-camera setup, which may include a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera featuring 3× optical zoom and up to 12× lossless zoom. A neat innovation in design is an interchangeable rear camera module for changing preset styles.
In terms of build, the GT 8 Pro is expected to incorporate premium materials and advanced protection ratings (IP68/69) in some variants. The cooling system has also been upgraded: an extensive vapour chamber area has been incorporated to provide for effective heat dissipation during intense use. The audio features include dual symmetrical speakers for an immersive sound experience.
The Indian price for the base model of the GT 8 Pro has not been confirmed yet, but estimates suggest it will be around Rs. 65,000. The smartphone will compete with other premium models launching at the same time, such as the OnePlus 15 and the iQOO 15. They are also expected to feature the same Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
