Vivo X300 Series is officially available in India. After loads of speculation, Vivo has finally brought its flagship devices to the Indian market, featuring premium features. Amid the rising competition, Vivo has doubled down on premium camera hardware and next-generation performance. Both Vivo X300 and X300 Pro debut with a 200-megapixel telephoto system, MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, and upgraded battery capacities.
Analysts have been speculating about these devices for months, but the launch event revealed that the company wants to make camera performance its strongest selling point.
The Vivo X300 Series entered the Indian market on December 2, 2025, and the models were immediately available across multiple online and offline channels. Consumers can purchase both models through Vivo’s official website, Flipkart, Amazon, and authorized retail partners nationwide.
About the prices of the models, both are premium-priced models. The standard X300 starts at around Rs. 75,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant. The advanced version, X300 Pro, goes a little further and it is priced at around Rs. 1,09,999 for the 16GB + 512GB variant.
The pricing strategy indicates that Vivo is focusing more on the flagship sector and targets users who prioritize advanced imaging and performance.
The camera system is the major attraction in the new lineup. Vivo X300 is equipped with a primary sensor of 200MP Samsung HPB, as well as 50MP ultrawide and 50MP periscope lenses. X300 Pro takes the camera capabilities further, featuring a 200MP periscope telephoto camera, a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor, and Zeiss-tuned optics. Along with these, the latest models feature Vivo’s new V3+ and VS1 imaging chips which promise low-light performance, sharper portraits, and improved dynamic range.
About performance, both devices have MediaTek Dimensity 9500, a 3nm chipset built for AI-boosted photography, multitasking, and gaming. Besides that, they are equipped with Fast LPDDR5-class RAM and UFS storage for smoother handling of heavy workloads.
Finally, the battery life gets a notable push. The standard X300 has a 6,040 mAh battery capacity, while the X300 Pro has a larger 6,510 mAh capacity. Both support 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charging.

The key question here is whether Vivo X300 lineup will be able to redefine flagship expectations in India. Early impressions of the models suggest a strong reception, mainly for the 200MP telephoto capabilities and Zeiss collaborations.
The combination of Dimensity 9500 and Vivo’s internal imaging chips promises computational photography. After the initial wave pacifies, real-world camera performance, battery endurance, and software advancements will determine whether the model can compete with rivals like Samsung, Xiaomi, and OnePlus.
