

Vivo has introduced the V70 Elite and V70 in India, and this new series targets the premium mid-range segment. It focuses on camera performance, bright displays, and long software support. Both phones will go on sale from 26 February 2026 across Vivo’s website, Flipkart, Amazon, and other partner retail stores.
The two devices feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 5,000 nits peak brightness. Vivo has added IP68 and IP69 ratings. This brings better protection against dust and water in daily use.
Vivo V70 Elite runs on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. It comes with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. Vivo V70 uses the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. It offers up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
Both phones come with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Vivo promises four Android updates and six years of security patches. Each device packs a 6,500mAh battery. A 90W fast charger is included in the box.

V70 series highlights ZEISS-tuned cameras. The rear setup includes a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The front houses a 50MP selfie camera for photos and video calls.
Vivo V70 Elite starts at Rs. 51,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model. The top 12GB + 512GB variant costs Rs. 61,999. The Vivo V70 starts at Rs. 45,999.
The Elite is available in Passion Red, Sand Beige, and Authentic Black shades. The V70 comes in shades of Passion Red and Lemon Yellow.
