TeamLease Digital Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of TeamLease Services Limited, has incorporated a new foreign subsidiary, TL Business Solutions Inc., in Delaware, United States. The company made the move on September 23, 2026, to expand its staffing and business solutions presence in the US market.
TL Business Solutions Inc. is incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware. It is a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of TeamLease Services, with TeamLease Digital Private Limited serving as its direct parent.
The new US entity will focus on staffing, talent solutions, and workforce management services. The firm said it will help facilitate the expansion of its staffing and business solutions in international markets, particularly in the United States.
The authorized capital of TL Business Solutions Inc. is USD 105,000, comprising 1,050,000 shares with a par value of USD 0.10 each.
The Delaware-based firm extends the group's operations into the US through a dedicated legal entity. Financial details such as its size and turnover are not yet available.
The company disclosed that TL Business Solutions Inc. is a related party by virtue of being a step-down wholly owned subsidiary. However, the promoters and promoter group have no direct interest in the newly incorporated company.
