Samsung has partnered with Netflix to roll out a limited-edition ‘Stranger Things’ theme for Galaxy users. It offers fans a special way to customize their devices.
Samsung Electronics and Netflix are giving ‘Stranger Things’ fans a chance to celebrate the final season of the iconic show. Samsung Galaxy users in 186 countries can download an exclusive theme and wallpapers via Galaxy Store.
It is available at no additional cost for a limited time. You can download or launch the Netflix app; the themes will be available from January 12 through February 22.
Previously, Samsung and Netflix collaborated to offer special themes for the worldwide hit release ‘KPop Demon Hunters.’ The tech and entertainment giant is now working together to celebrate the launch of Season 5 of ‘Stranger Things.’
The collection includes a special theme and five wallpapers, featuring live-action characters and settings from the show. This includes ‘Hawkins’ and the ‘Upside Down.’ The visuals allow fans to bring elements of the series into their everyday lives, which reflects the unique atmosphere of the show.
The ‘Stranger Things’ theme is available on Samsung Galaxy smartphones supported by Android 15 and 16. Phones using older Android versions may not support the full theme experience. Users should check whether their device software is up to date to avoid compatibility issues.
‘Stranger Things’ debuted in 2016. It has been one of the most famous shows behind Netflix’s rise as the world’s leading entertainment service. The series became a global megahit.
Following the release of Season 5, Part 1 on Nov. 27, 2025, it ranked No. 1 in 91 countries and recorded 59.6 million views in its first five days. This momentum marked the strongest opening performance for an English-language series on Netflix.
‘Stranger Things’ also became the first series in Netflix history to secure the ‘Global Top 10’ for all five seasons at the same time. The web series held this record for five consecutive weeks.
