OnePlus has unveiled a new Gaming Technology Suite ahead of OnePlus 15 5G’s India launch. The new release introduces key hardware and software upgrades for improved gaming performance and stability. This system includes OP Gaming Core, Performance Tri-Chip, and OP FPS Max, all of which are debuting with the upcoming OnePlus 15 series.
OP Gaming Core is a platform developed by OnePlus, specializing in chip-level optimizations, which utilizes more than 20,000 lines of code and is supported by 254 patents. It also features a unique CPY Scheduler.
According to OnePlus, the new feature works by analyzing workloads and reducing CPU strain by 23%. Meanwhile, its in-house energy consumption model supplants Android’s default scheduler, helping it sustain 120fps gameplay with fewer frame drops and lower power draw.
The Next-Gen HyperRendering technology changes the GPU’s rendering pipeline at the driver level. It enhances the efficiency of rendering on a per-frame basis by up to 80% and reduces latency by performing frame interpolation directly in the main chip. This gives more fluid and stable visuals in high-performance gaming.
The new Performance Tri-Chip hardware includes a Performance Ship, a Touch Response Chip, and a Wi-Fi Chip G2. Working together, they help provide 165Hz touch sampling, improved network stability, and prioritized gaming data transmission in low-signal conditions for uninterrupted gameplay.

After three years in development, OP FPS Max provides 165fps gaming on supported titles, utilizing hardware, software, and display tuning. It is designed to push frame rates beyond the current 120fps standard, offering smoother performance.
The OnePlus 15 series, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, will be the first to represent this full suite of gaming technologies when it launches in India soon.
