OnePlus has confirmed the launch of its new flagship phone, the OnePlus 15 5G. The phone will first appear in China on October 27, 2025. India and other countries can expect it in January 2026. Fans can look forward to a phone with a strong design, top performance, and new features.
The OnePlus 15 phone comes in a new “Sand Storm” color. Its frame is made of aluminum and uses a special process to make it stronger than normal aluminum and even stronger than titanium. The back panel is made of lightweight fiberglass. The phone also has a new “Plus Key” that can run shortcuts, replacing the traditional Alert Slider.
It runs on the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. The phone has a new cooling system to keep it running smoothly during games and heavy use. It boasts a big 7000mAh battery with 100W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and the capability of reverse-charging other devices. This allows long usage and quick charging.
The display is 6.78 inches with 1.5K AMOLED resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. This makes videos and games look very smooth. The camera system has three 50MP lenses: wide, telephoto, and ultra-wide. It uses Sony sensors and Optical Image Stabilization for clear pictures. The front camera is 32MP.
The OnePlus 15 runs Android 15 with OxygenOS 15. It also has IP68 dust and water resistance, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, an in-display fingerprint sensor, face unlock, NFC, USB-C v3.2, and an IR blaster. The phone weighs 214 grams, which is light considering its large battery.
In India, the price is expected to be between Rs. 70,000 and Rs. 75,000. This is similar to previous OnePlus flagship phones and keeps it in the premium segment.
