Samsung confirmed rumors about its upcoming release of the Galaxy S25 series, which is expected to launch on January 22 in San Jose, California. These announcements, revealed by a reliable leaker, Evan Blass, present what appears to be a promising year ahead for the tech giant.

Blass, who has leaked specifications of upcoming devices on the platform under the nickname @evleaks, also posted renders of the upcoming Galaxy S25+ and S25 Ultra models. Some images show major changes, such as rounding some corners, which are thought to improve comfort.

The leaks not only decisively indicate a specific date but also suggest the existence of the fourth model in the series, the Galaxy S25 Slim, while previously Samsung used to launch only three models. This particular expansion indicates that Samsung has plans to offer different varieties for the latest products’ niches. During the event’s teaser, the portrayal of the AI star symbol created more rumors about the potential return of Samsung’s AI assistant, Bixby, in a revamped form.

Design and Features in the Spotlight

According to the leaked images, the Galaxy S25 Ultra has even more rounded corners than previous models, which may help give the phone a better feel. These changes should also harmonize with the animations in Samsung's One UI 7 to enhance a smooth interface. The S25+ is not an exception; its design further pushes even greater curvature at the corner, giving it a unique place in the Galaxy S franchise.

Besides the physical layout changes, there are debates about the technological upgrades likely to be seen in these models. Thinner bezels are expected to correspond to the present-day trend of greater screen area for form’s sake and utility. The return-of-Bixby icon suggests that future versions of Samsung gadgets will place an even greater emphasis on artificial intelligence, potentially implementing an advanced and integrated version of the assistant.

Anticipation Builds with Leaked Renders

This anticipation is made worse by the selective leaks of the Galaxy S25 series promotional materials. Blass’s release of what appears to be an official launch poster confirms the event date and suggests much better AI integration in Samsung products. The focus on AI could mean a better user experience and personalization through more naturalistic interactions.

This leak concedes with another misconception from another leaker, Ice Universe, who hinted that Bixby’s revival would be a major selling point for the new series. Even as these events draw near, potential customers and fans of tech innovations are eager to learn how these advances will position the Galaxy S25 series against higher levels of competition in the high-end smartphone market.
