Dell’s first XPS Googlebook seems to have moved closer to launch after its name appeared in an official Dell document. The Product Carbon Footprint report for September 2026 lists the laptop as XPS Googlebook DX13267.
The listing appeared on Dell’s website and reveals several details about the upcoming Google laptop. Dell has not announced the product officially, while Google plans to begin Googlebook pre-orders on September 21.
The document suggests Dell could launch the Dell XPS Googlebook in selected global markets during Google’s first Googlebook rollout. Dell appears among Google’s launch partners alongside Acer, Asus, HP, and Lenovo. The official document identifies a 13.4-inch display and approximately 1.1kg weight for model DX13267. It also lists China as the assembly location and gives the product a four-year lifetime.
The document strengthens earlier evidence surrounding Dell’s first Googlebook device. Earlier benchmark listings reportedly connected model DX13267 with an XPS 13 designation. Development information also linked the device with the internal codename “Mica.”
Several hardware details remain unconfirmed by Dell at this stage. Earlier reports have linked the laptop with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X Elite processor. The same reports suggest 16GB or 32GB LPDDR5X memory could accompany the processor. A 13.4-inch OLED touchscreen with 2,880 x 1,800 resolution has also appeared in earlier reports.
Google introduced Googlebook in May as a new category of premium laptops. The platform combines Android technology with Chrome and supports Google Play applications. Google also highlights Gemini-powered features as a major part of the new laptop experience.
Google’s official Googlebook website currently lists September 21 for pre-orders. The company has confirmed Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, and Lenovo as the first hardware partners. Regional availability, pricing, and final configurations remain unannounced for the Dell XPS model.
The XPS branding gives the upcoming Google laptop a notable position within Dell’s portfolio. The company currently sells its XPS 13 line as a premium Windows laptop. A Googlebook under the same family could therefore bring Dell’s established thin-and-light design language to Google’s new platform.
Dell has yet to confirm the launch date, final specifications, software details, or pricing for the DX13267. More information could emerge as Googlebook pre-orders approach and partner announcements begin.
