Crypto.com has launched tokenized derivatives tracking 1,500 US stocks and ETFs for eligible users in the European Economic Area and other approved markets. The products start at $1 and trade around the clock. They include exposure to Apple, NVIDIA, Tesla, SPDR Gold Shares, and iShares Silver Trust.

Crypto.com Adds 24/7 Access to US Market Exposure

Foris Capital CY Limited issues the products, which follow the price performance of underlying stocks and ETFs. Crypto.com combines that structure with its app, liquidity, and trade execution systems.

As a result, eligible users can access traditional market exposure without following normal US exchange trading hours. Crypto.com is also offering zero-commission trading for a limited introductory period. Other foreign-exchange charges or spreads may still apply.

The launch builds on Crypto.com’s May 2025 acquisition of Foris Capital. That deal gave the exchange a Markets in Financial Instruments Directive license for regulated financial products in Europe.

Kris Marszalek, Crypto.com co-founder and CEO, said the company aims to expand its multi-asset ecosystem through flexible access to US equities and ETFs. The launch also extends Crypto.com beyond its core digital-asset services.

Derivatives Track Shares Without Shareholder Rights

The tokenized stocks do not make buyers legal or beneficial owners of the underlying securities. Users also do not receive voting rights or other shareholder privileges linked to common stock ownership.

Instead, the derivatives aim to mirror the price movement of each referenced asset. Eligible users may also receive dividend-equivalent adjustments under the applicable product terms.

Alpaca, a US regulated self-clearing broker-dealer, holds the underlying assets supporting the products. Crypto.com said Alpaca provides infrastructure for more than 90% of the tokenized US stock and ETF market.

Therefore, the structure gives users price exposure rather than direct ownership. That distinction separates the Crypto.com offering from models that place actual common shares on-chain and preserve shareholder rights.

Tokenized Securities Market Draws More Platforms

The launch enters a tokenized stock market worth about $2.49 billion, according to RWA.xyz data cited in the supplied information. The market has grown roughly 600% over the past year.

Citi estimated that tokenized securities could reach $5.5 trillion by 2030, including $2.6 trillion in tokenized equities. Meanwhile, Kraken, Bybit, Bitget and Robinhood have introduced tokenized equity products outside the United States.

Traditional market infrastructure providers are also exploring the technology. DTCC has started testing tokenized securities infrastructure, while NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange have announced tokenization initiatives.

Still, tokenized equity structures differ. Synthetic products follow stock prices without creating shareholder ownership, while issuer-sponsored models can place common shares on-chain while retaining ownership rights.

As more platforms connect crypto infrastructure with traditional markets, one question becomes increasingly important: How closely will investors distinguish price exposure from actual share ownership?

Conclusion

Crypto.com’s rollout expands 24/7 access to 1,500 US stocks and ETFs through derivatives rather than direct share ownership. Foris Capital issues the products, while Alpaca holds supporting assets. The offering joins a rapidly expanding tokenized securities market where product structures and investor rights can differ sharply.
