Apple has now extended its AppleCare+ service to customers in India, adding new, more affordable monthly and annual subscription plans.

Interestingly, the company has also introduced AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss for iPhone, a more secure service that covers up to two incidents of theft or loss per year. This move would significantly give users more choices to feel at ease while securing their Apple devices.

What’s New in AppleCare+ Plans?

Apple’s revamped AppleCare+ service now offers flexible subscription models based on the customers’ requirements and financial capabilities. They can choose to pay monthly or annually for the subscription.

AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss for iPhone includes all of the existing benefits of AppleCare+, including battery replacement, 24/7 priority support, and unlimited repairs for accidental damage. The plans use genuine Apple parts and are supported by Apple Stores and a wide network of Apple Authorized Service Providers across India.

Improved Theft & Loss Protection

The revamped AppleCare+ also includes Theft and Loss coverage for iPhones for up to two incidents of theft or loss per year. This addition gives considerable reassurance to those users who are concerned about the safety of their valuable devices in this increasingly mobile and connected world. The plans begin from Rs. 799, which makes comprehensive protection more affordable for Indian customers.

Easy Enrollment Using Devices

Subscribing to an AppleCare+ plan has become easier. You can see options and buy coverage right from the Settings app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Once you purchase, coverage starts immediately, so you don’t have to wait for protection to kick in.

Kaiann Drance, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide iPhone Product Marketing, said, “AppleCare gives our customers peace of mind knowing that their products are protected and supported by Apple experts. With today’s updates in India, we’re making it easier and more affordable to get trusted protection, including access to our most complete coverage for iPhone.”
