As per a recent report by Digit.in Apple's iPhone 16 Plus, launched in India starting at Rs. 89,900 for the base 128 GB model, can now be purchased with an over Rs. 12,000 price cut on Reliance Digital's official website.
Currently, the iPhone 16 Plus (128 GB) is available on Reliance Digital for Rs. 67,990, a discount of Rs. 12,910 from its launch price. In addition to this offer, buyers can also receive a 7.5% instant discount of up to Rs. 7,500 on HSBC credit card EMI transactions.
The A18 chip provides the iPhone 16 Plus with remarkable performance capabilities and is the major hardware component of the phone.
The model boasts an impressive 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR OLED screen, a 48 MP primary rear camera, and is certified as IP68 for dust and water resistance. Moreover, the company has made a strong battery performance claim, stating that the device is capable of delivering up to 27 hours of video playback.
This price cut follows Apple's broader strategy in the aftermath of the launch of the iPhone 17 series. Apple has officially dropped the prices of both iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus by Rs. 10,000 on its Indian website.
For the 16 Plus, the 128 GB model has been reduced from Rs. 89,900 to Rs. 79,900, while the 256 GB variant has been lowered from Rs. 99,900 to Rs. 89,900.

However, the cut offered by Reliance Digital is deeper than the official Apple Store price, making this one of the most aggressive discounts seen for the iPhone 16 Plus thus far. No-cost EMI options are also available for this model.
This may be one of the last chances for buyers to pick up a large-screen ‘Plus’ iPhone at such a low price, as Apple has discontinued the Plus variant starting with the iPhone 17 lineup.
If you've been waiting for a deal on the iPhone 16 Plus, this may be the time to strike, but as with all such deals, be sure to check stock and terms on the Reliance Digital site before making your purchase.
