Direct the design and development work of large-scale AI and ML systems which will be delivered to customers.
Work together with data scientists and software engineers and business stakeholders to execute AI projects.
Enhance machine learning models which will be used in production environments that operate on distributed systems and cloud computing platforms.
Establish machine learning operations processes through implementation of MLflow and Kubeflow and Airflow and Vertex AI and SageMaker and Azure ML.
Build natural language processing and large language models and deep learning and computer vision systems.
Handle the complete process of AI and ML model operations and data processing systems and system deployment preparations.
Create AI systems which will operate in a secure manner while meeting all compliance requirements and ethical standards.
Contribute to open-source ML and AI projects and engage with academic institutions.
More than 10 years of experience in either machine learning or artificial intelligence engineering roles.
Excellent programming abilities which include Python as their main language and Java and Scala and Go as additional skills.
Expertise in applying machine learning frameworks which include PyTorch and TensorFlow and Scikit-learn.
Experience in deploying machine learning models across multiple systems which include vector databases and RAG systems and LLM fine-tuning.
Demonstrate knowledge about distributed systems and data processing systems and cloud computing systems.
Experience using Docker and Kubernetes and continuous integration and deployment systems.
Applicants need to demonstrate experience using GPUs and TPUs for training large models.
Should know model compression and quantization techniques and TensorRT and ONNX and Kafka streaming systems.
Experience working with big data technologies which include Spark and Hadoop and Databricks.
Have Extensive knowledge about algorithms and data structures together with software development standards.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
