

As a Principal Data Scientist, you will be responsible for executing complete AI/ML initiatives. This will include designing and implementing cutting-edge ML, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI solutions for clients, deploying large-scale cloud models, applying agentic AI architectures, working directly with clients, and delivering transformative analytical insights using data products that are production-ready and carry high leverage in the enterprise.

Conduct complete Data Science engagements where you will apply your skill set in the following areas: Data acquisition, data cleaning, data preprocessing, feature engineering, modeling, performance evaluation, and model deployment.
Use Machine Learning strategies, including: classification, regression, clustering, ensemble methods, and apply Natural Language Processing methodologies including: Knowledge Graphs, Topic Modelling, Sentiment Analysis, and BERT.
Utilize Generative AI and LLM to develop solutions using platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Llama.
Use Agentic AI toolsets and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Crew AI, and Microsoft Semantic Kernel to develop intelligent applications.
Engineer deployable scalable ML solutions using contemporary cloud architecture such as Azure, AWS, GCP, and IBM Cloud.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define problem statements, deliver insights, and drive impact.
Maintain reproducibility and version control using Git/GitHub.
Communicate technical concepts and project outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree
10–12 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP in production environments.
2+ years of applied experience in Generative AI and LLMs (OpenAI, LLama).
Expertise with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.).
Strong programming aptitude in Python; familiarity with ML/DL libraries.
Leveraging models as REST APIs or web applications.
Familiarity with SQL for extracting, transforming and analyzing data.
Capable of managing very large datasets, creating features, and data preprocessing pipelines.
Strong grasp of model evaluation including cross validation and evaluation metrics.
Familiarity with MLOps including testing, deployment pipelines, governance and monitoring.
