Wipro is searching for a Data Scientist Level 3 to take the lead in the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and AI solutions. This is a full-time role. The Data Scientist will be accountable for developing predictive models, supporting the automation initiatives, and working with the ML Engineer and IT team members regarding AI-based decision making. Candidates should have a background around data analysis, machine learning, and the building, evaluation and deployment of models.

Support with the generation of demand by creating solutions and proofs-of-concept that align with our key solutions to provide. Partner with post-secondary institutions and research organizations associated with data science training and initiatives.
Create and operationalize machine learning and deep learning models for automation and decision-support.
Work alongside and in partnership with ML engineers, data engineers, and IT as you review deployment options.
Provide onboarding, training and talent management support to the team to increase capacity and effectiveness.
Evaluate effectiveness on the basis of PoCs enabled, delivery timelines, customer success stories and lessons learned.
3-5 years' experience in physically-based measurement, AI modeling, or ML applications.
Track record of designing, deploying, and optimizing ML for application.
Strong team player, collaborative and communicative while engaging with a cross-functional team.
Experience with enterprise digital transformation or AI-enabled organizational solutions. Experience with technical training and mentoring, capacity building.
Knowledgeable in configuring scalable ML/AI deployment environments.
