

Cisco is seeking to hire a Data & Analytics Solution Architect for the Supply Chain and Digital Twin Manufacturing Data and Analytics team situated in Bangalore. This role will involve developing and implementing advanced digital twin solutions by the ingestion of real-time data coming from manufacturing systems and providing insights to drive improved supply chain efficiency.
The responsibilities will also include working with business architects, engineers, stakeholders, and technology vendors to improve manufacturing processes through analytics, simulation, and monitoring of performance.

Collaborate with business architects and stakeholders in defining and gathering requirements for digital twin and BI solutions.
Convert requirements into technical specifications and conceptual data models.
Develop and manage data pipelines for sensor, MES and IoT manufacturing data.
Design and maintain data marts and presentation layers to meet actionable BI and simulation objectives.
Deliver analytics dashboards and reports using delivery tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
Define, monitor and enhance digital twin KPIs (e.g. model accuracy, downtime reduction, anomaly detection).
Assist manufacturing operations in decision-making with simulation and predictive analysis.
Documentation of technical specifications and process models as well as end-user training.
Lead solution lifecycle activities which include testing, deployment and continued iteration.
Collaborate with external vendors and solution integrators to achieve seamless platform integrations.

Digital Twin & BI Platforms: Siemens Tecnomatix, PTC ThingWorx, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, Ansys Twin Builder
Data Architecture: ETL, data modeling, process documentation
Domain Knowledge: Semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain analytics
Bachelor's Degree in Data and BI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7-10 years of experience working with data and BI implementations (3-5 years in supply chain and/or manufacturing or digital clothes/twin projects).
Proficient with development of Python, R, SQL and BI platforms/visualizations tools (Power BI & Tableau).
Experience working with digital twin concepts and understanding of data related to manufacturing processes.
Solid collaboration, analysis, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with digital twin tools such as Siemens, PTC, Dassault, or Ansys.
Ability to create and continually evolve digital twin models for manufacturing environments.
Ability to evaluate business requirements and develop scalable technical solutions to meet those requirements.
Practical experience developing and training teams on BI and digital twin platforms.
