Cisco is currently seeking to employ a Data and Analytics Solution Architect who will work with the Manufacturing Data and Analytics team based in Bangalore. The position requires the development of B2B manufacturing and supply chain analytical solutions through AI/ML technology and digital twin systems and RosettaNet. The global teams will work together to provide insights which will help operational optimization and efficiency improvements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy analytics and automation solutions for B2B Manufacturing and Supply Chain using AI/ML, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG architectures.

  • Implement secure access and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for AI and analytics systems.

  • Coordinate with business architects, engineers, and B2B partners to gather detailed data, reporting, analytics, and audit requirements.

  • Define, monitor, and report KPIs for partner audits, system performance, partner performance, and manufacturing operations.

  • Conduct regular KPI reviews, trend analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Enforce industry standards for data architecture, modeling, visualization, documentation, and audit processes.

  • Build conceptual models and end-to-end solutions for B2B data integration and BI.

  • Architect and maintain B2B integration frameworks using RosettaNet PIPs for global supplier communication.

  • Perform source-to-target mapping, data modeling, and engineering of data pipelines integrating MES, ERP, and supply chain systems.

  • Develop data marts, dashboards, and presentation layers for BI and partner performance insights.

  • Use BI tools (AWS, Power BI, Tableau) to deliver actionable insights and audit findings.

  • Manage full project lifecycle including change management, testing, and production migration.

  • Support development of data warehousing, integration systems, and end-user training materials.

  • Domain Knowledge: B2B manufacturing, supply chain, audit/KPI methodology, global supplier networks

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent experience. 

  • The candidate needs to have 7 to 10 years of experience in data and business intelligence implementation work which includes 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations Digital Twin systems or Semiconductor Manufacturing. 

  • Advanced skills in Python R SQL and business intelligence tools which include Power BI and Tableau. 

  • Has experience with B2B manufacturing analytics together with RosettaNet integration and Key Performance Indicator-based audits. 

  • The applicant demonstrates exceptional abilities in teamwork analysis and effective communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and building B2B systems that use RosettaNet standards.

  • Should have knowledge of MES and ERP systems as well as AWS and Power BI and Tableau and SQL and other business intelligence and audit technologies. 

  • Has expertise in creating analytics and audit platforms and providing training to teams on these platforms. 

  • Have the capacity to assess business needs and create enterprise-level solutions that can grow with the organization.
