DataRobot is searching for a Business Intelligence Analytics Engineer that shares our commitment to using advanced analytics to enable operational rigor and decision-making. The successful candidate will work with business leaders to define KPIs, create dashboards and provide insights to make marketing, customer success, finance, and operations teams successful.

Collaborate with business leaders to "up level" their thinking around KPIs, processes and executive dashboards to support strategic decisions.
Develop sophisticated frameworks to monitor marketing, demand generation, customer success and finance metrics by using common SaaS terms such as ARR, renewals, churn, forecasting accuracy, etc.
Conduct analysis, create vetted data sources, and proactively troubleshoot data quality challenges while building out best practices for defining metrics.
Create play books for forecasting, quarter-end close, etc. while engaging with the process team to investigate data and process deficiencies.
Collaborate with the data engineering and data science teams to identify data sources and work to develop scalable analytics approaches to support the business.
Create automation tools (e.g., dashboards in Tableau) to support the business process and empower business teams with self-serve analytics.
Convey insights via reports, dashboards, and narratives that lead to executive level decision-making and measurable actions.
4-6 years as a business analyst or business intelligence engineer.
Understanding of SaaS business models and GTM practices (renewals, churn, retention, ARR).
Experience and proficiency with SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, QlikView); Knowledge of Python or R is desirable.
Experience with modelling and transforming data (DBT) and working with very large-scale data warehouses.
Knowledge of BI frameworks, data architecture, and master data management.
Familiar with A/B testing concepts and advanced analytic methodologies.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work in a fast-past, cross-functional environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative area (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics).
