Watch hundreds of short-duration videos/images per shift, auditing product stowing with high accuracy.
Verify and mark product locations using provided tools to maintain fulfillment center inventory quality.
Follow predefined goals on quality, productivity, and operational best practices consistently.
Maintain dedicated workspace standards and ensure confidentiality of work-related data for remote roles.
Work with rotational shifts, including nights, and adapt to incremental productivity and quality targets.
Participate in virtual meetings and enable hands-free automation in fulfillment center processes.
Support performance improvement initiatives through accurate and thorough visual audits.
Collaborate with remote teams, demonstrating teamwork and consistent operational performance.
Adapt quickly to dynamic business requirements, including on-site work when required.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Capacity to evaluate image/video/text tasks with meticulousness.
Eagerness to be in a non-technical, operational position for the overall period of 6 months.
Ability to strictly adhere to processes and at the same time manage a lot of video/image data.
Don’t have any restrictions on having flexible hours for working weekends, nights, holidays, and rotational shifts.
Very good concentration, high attention to detail, and steady performance in compliance with operational goals.
Being present in virtual meetings and having a camera on during calls would be no problem at all.
