
Xiaomi has officially announced the launch date of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphone. Now, the tech giant has revealed the camera design of their upcoming model through its Weibo account and official China website.
The launch date is set for February 27, 2025, and will mark a significant milestone for Xiaomi as the brand has unveiled its most high-end device to date. This smartphone will be introduced on March 2 for the global market, including India.
As per media reports, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun said it is the product of 15 years of hard work and marks the company’s entry into the ‘ultra-high-end’ market.
The phone is likely to include Leica-branded cameras and the HyperOS interface. As Xiaomi gears up for the global launch of its camera flagship at MWC 2025, the latest update has made fans all excited.
As per reports, Xiaomi is already taking pre-orders of Xiaomi 15 Ultra through Mi Mall in China. The official images showcase a dual-tone finish and a rear round camera module that looks quite similar to the previous Xiaomi Ultra Series.
The camera setup features four sensors and an LED flash strip. However, it has blended glass and vegan leather, taking its cue from traditional Leica cameras.

The base version of Xiaomi 15 costs CNY 4,499, around Rs 53,500, while the premium storage model may cost CNY 4,799, around Rs 57,100. While the Xiaomi 14 Ultra was launched in India for Rs 99,999, smartphone enthusiasts are now eagerly waiting for updates on the Xiaomi 15 Ultra price, which is expected to be announced soon.
