Eulenberg is the mastermind behind some of London's most iconic nightclub brands of the past 20 years, including Whisky Mist, Drama Park Lane and Wyld by Nature. Initiating himself as London's best nightlife host, he is now a top-tier restaurateur and hotel consultant not only within the capital but also amongst some of the most prestigious international hotspots. This cutting-edge entrepreneur has evolved from 'Ringmaster' and is now a highly regarded and sought-after visionary leader in the hospitality industry.

How exactly has Tom managed to make his iconic mark on the industry? And which avenues are now left for him to still explore?

In your eyes, what has made you stand out from your peers?

My reliable and trusted little black book of contacts has been two-decades in the making and is my biggest asset today. It's a lovingly collated work of art with an enormous variety of clientele. I thrive off meeting new people and connecting with souls from all walks of life. It helps to be approachable and generosity in the right places goes a long way. My father instilled in me early on, the necessity for strong motivation and determination, and most importantly a passion for the work you do. This unique balance of grit and warmth is often hard to find, and I believe that especially in this industry, it's this distinguishing quality which has put me at the top of the game.

You have withstood the test of time so far, what is your secret?

Of course, clubs often seem to come and go, faster than London's prime ministers… The hospitality industry is forever evolving, trends vary, new venues pop up and others close. For me, I believe that how I continue to not only keep on trend, but also stand out from the crowd in this crazy hospitality rat race, is from thinking outside the box, pushing boundaries, and always coming up with innovative concepts. It's this that attracts the movers and shakers, those who want to be seen in not only the trendiest places, but those who are moving with the times and embracing the fashions. These forward thinkers, along with of course a few handpicked celebrities, actors, influencers, and royalty, are the ones who respectfully earn their place in the "Little Black Book".

Your career thus far has been predominantly in London, can you see yourself going international?

I have and continue to be involved in some fantastic projects abroad and would love to do more, but London is 100% my home because my friends and network have become extended family here. Whilst I can easily hop on a quick flight to Europe's chicest events, I am fiercely proud of London, it's culture and the roots I have implanted here have made me who I am today.

Dubai is next on the list for the coming year, and I have been given the opportunity to get involved in an extraordinary project there which is exciting. Looking beyond that, Las Vegas and New York are always on my hitlist for future endeavours… and there's certainly more fuel in the tank yet for that.

What's next for you?

With a focus on always continuing to educate myself and helping others learn, at this moment in time, I am directing my energy at strategic marketing, public relations and facilitating start-ups within the realms of nightlife, hotels, and restaurants. I have and continue to enjoy a career of many facets and feel extremely grateful to be able to take on a variety of roles within my skillset, including nightclub development, hotel hospitality, restaurant consultancy, franchise development and film production.

I am currently working on several projects, including a new super-exclusive nightclub based in Dubai and London, as well as getting ready for more World Tours around the globe and looking forward to co-hosting events in London, Munich, Dubai, the Maldives, as well as of course, the Monaco Grand Prix and Cannes Film Festival. Life is never dull!

What is your end goal?

I'm always planning and cultivating the next unique experience. I would love to one day open my own hotel, or a hybrid restaurant meets nightclub. I'd also really like to continue consulting for other businesses, given I still love to learn and feel I flourish when working with people from varying backgrounds.
