The TRX price is closely observed by the crypto market since Tron is becoming more powerful in the sphere of stablecoins. The network has already received higher amounts of fee revenue than most of the large blockchains, such as Ethereum.
Meanwhile, Tron is emerging as one of the biggest locations for transferring stablecoins, which may drive the demand for TRX in the future. Although large networks are steadily increasing, newer networks such as Remittix (RTX) also gain ground as more users find out about the crypto solutions that are designed to enable global payments.
The TRX price is currently around $0.296, and several recent developments are strengthening Tron’s role in the crypto industry. One of the biggest drivers is the growth of Tether (USDT) on the network. Tron has now become the largest infrastructure network for USDT, with the stablecoin’s market capitalization on Tron reaching over $85.3 billion. This figure has officially surpassed Ethereum.
Tether has just created another 1 billion USDT on Tron, which has resulted in a record high in the stablecoin supply on the network. Due to all the mints, the overall market value of all the stablecoins on Tron has now crossed a record high of $86.6 billion.
Unlike Ethereum, Tron does not rely on a traditional gas system. Instead, it uses a resource model based on Bandwidth and Energy. Users must burn TRX to gain more of these resources when making transactions. More stablecoin transfers usually mean higher demand for TRX, which can influence the TRX price over time.
Data from DeFiLlama also shows that Tron’s revenue, measured through burned TRX fees, currently leads many major blockchains. The network has generated more fee revenue than competitors like Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, and Base across several recent time periods.
While Tron is still the biggest in terms of stablecoin transactions, Remittix is also creating tools for regular cryptocurrency transactions. Remittix is building a PayFi ecosystem designed to make sending and converting crypto faster and easier across borders. The project has raised over $29.7 million through private funding, with its current price at $0.13.
Here are several factors which are helping the project gain traction:
Remittix (RTX) is a PayFi-oriented blockchain initiative designed to ease the international payment process by allowing users to transfer cryptocurrency that can be converted into fiat currency and deposited into bank accounts.
The platform will assist in cross-border transfers in dozens of countries and numerous fiat currencies.
Security has been strengthened through a CertiK smart contract audit.
Additional exchange listings are expected closer to the official token launch.
The increase in the use of stablecoins on the Tron network is a good example of how fast blockchain networks are growing to become a significant part of digital money transfer around the world. If the use of stablecoins continues to increase, then the price of TRX is likely to increase because more people need network resources.
If the price of TRX increases due to an increase in the number of transactions involving stablecoins on the Tron network, then new projects such as Remittix are likely to emerge. This could potentially change how crypto is used, which is likely to play a significant role in the future of crypto.
