Ripple’s GTreasury announced the acquisition of Solvexia, a no-code financial automation and analytics provider. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition follows Ripple’s $1 billion purchase of GTreasury in October 2025, signaling a broader strategy to modernize treasury, finance, and compliance operations for enterprises navigating both traditional banking systems and digital assets.

Strengthening End-to-End Financial Automation

GTreasury announced that the incorporation of Solvexia will enhance the automation functions of its platform, particularly in reconciliation, settlement workflows, and regulatory reporting.

The treasury operations of organizations will be less dependent on manual processes throughout finance, accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance by combining Solvexia’s no-code automation engine with GTreasury’s treasury infrastructure.

The platform resulting from the merger has been built to perform reconciliation automatically among banking systems, payment gateways, ERP systems, and internal records, covering transactions in both fiat and cryptocurrencies.

This strategy will facilitate companies in spotting fraudulent fund flows, finding hidden revenue, better accuracy and transparency in intercompany settlements.

Addressing Regulatory and Governance Challenges

As regulatory scrutiny intensifies, automation and auditability have become critical requirements for large organizations.

Adem Turgut, CEO of Solvexia, highlighted the importance of the acquisition and said, “Organizations are managing traditional banking relationships while exploring digital assets, all under increasing regulatory pressure across multiple jurisdictions. The combination of Solvexia’s automation capabilities and GTreasury’s infrastructure not only prepares the platform for today’s challenges but also provides companies with the governance, audit trail, and audit controls needed to protect against regulatory risks, creating a system suited to the finance of the future.”

GTreasury’s Vision Post-Ripple Acquisition

Renaat Ver Eecke, the CEO of GTreasury, said the acquisition removes the barriers that existed for a long time among treasury management, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.

He said that organizations should not rely on manual processes that put them at risk of fraud and audit failures when automation can provide them with accuracy and visibility almost in real-time.

The platform is said to give CFOs and finance heads not only more power over cash flows, approvals, and reporting but also protection for governance standards and regulatory compliance.

Ripple is investing in platforms that integrate treasury, reconciliation, and compliance for both fiat and digital currencies, thus positioning itself between the modernization of traditional finance and the digital assets adoption.
