Core42 Introduces Bilingual Chatbot; Here is Why

This chatbot was created to address the increasing interest and need for Generative AI services in the region. JAIS Chat is an English and Arabic chatbot that also supports different Arabic dialects and cultural contexts. It is a tool for machine translation and multilingual communication that uses artificial intelligence technology and is optimized for Arabic-speaking users worldwide. JAIS Chat for mobile is an application that enhances users’ lives by providing them with an AI assistant that they can access from their smartphones.

JAIS Chat is built on JAIS 30B, the most efficient Arabic LLM in the world. It was trained using 126 billion tokens of Arabic text, 251 billion tokens of English text, and 50 billion tokens of code. Thus, JAIS Chat achieves the best Arabic language performance and accuracy and provides the highest-quality English language processing, comparable to the best-performing English language models of a similar size.
