Shiba Inu developers announced early on Wednesday that the much-anticipated Shibarium blockchain releases its beta version for the layer 2 network this week. A blockchain that simulates real-world operation is called a beta version testnet. On top of layer 1s, layer 2 refers to a collection of off-chain solutions (distributed blockchains) that alleviate scale and data bottlenecks.
They combine several off-chain transactions into a single layer 1 transaction, reducing the amount of data and associated costs. Apart from serving as a cheap settlement for decentralized applications (dapps) created on the Shiba Inu blockchain, Shibarium blockchain developers claimed, Shibarium will focus on metaverse and gaming applications, especially given how the non-fungible token (NFT) market is predicted to grow in the future years.
Shiba Inu, a meme coin with a Shiba Inu concept that was created during the previous bull market and has since attempted to establish itself as a legitimate project with its blockchain network and dapp ecosystem, may benefit from strong fundamentals as a result of the debut.
With the confirmation of the beta version launch on Wednesday, the value of Shiba Inu ecosystem tokens increased. The Shiba Inu was trading at $0.000009792 as of this writing. Besides native SHIBOSHIs NFTs, its tokens also contain $SHIB, $LEASH, and $BONE. The ShibaSwap DEX and SHIB: The Metaverse are examples of SHIB solutions. One of the top decentralized finance (DeFi) cryptocurrencies in the world is SHIB, which has grown in popularity among millions of investors worldwide.
