MaestroQA and Amazon: "AskAI" uses Amazon Bedrock as a query to process millions of transcripts using Generative AI. Teams have real-time visibility into the voice of the customer (VoC) by quickly assessing customer sentiment, pain points, and trends to respond to issues proactively and improve strategically.

AI-based Dashboard: MaestroQA’s dashboards use ChatGPT, Claude, and others to explore performance metrics. Teams can deep-dive into DSAT scores and perform root cause analysis with custom GPT-powered prompts.

Integration with External Data and Tools: Seamlessly connects with tools like Freshdesk. AI models process external data to automate QA, improve agent performance, and deliver continuous, data-driven enhancements across customer service operations.
