About Dr. Shashank Shekhar Sharma, CEO & Founder, Expedify: Dr. Shashank Shekhar Sharma is a marketing and data science expert with over 17 years of experience across leading FMCG and healthcare brands. As the Founder and CEO of Expedify, he is driving the next wave of martech innovation by leveraging AI to unify data silos and automate sales, CRM, and marketing operations. A former Marketing Manager at Nestlé, Dr. Sharma has also held leadership roles at Dabur, Pernod Ricard, Ranbaxy, and Wockhardt. He holds a PhD in Data Analytics with a focus on AI, and an MBA from IIFT Delhi. His research on sentiment analysis, including the development of the SentiDraw algorithm, has been featured in top journals like Information Processing & Management. A visiting faculty at IIFT and Masters’ Union, he actively bridges the gap between academia and industry to build real-world AI applications in marketing.
