As part of Lenovo’s multiyear partnership with Intel, Lenovo has unveiled its Yoga Pro 9i Aura Edition at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025. It’s basically the existing laptop models of Lenovo that the company is going to re-release with new features and capabilities. This step marks a significant leap in AI-integrated computing. Reportedly, this latest Aura edition of Lenovo laptops is designed to attract the attention of those professionals who seek high performance, precision, and enhanced user experience.

Revolutionary Display Technology of Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i Aura

The first feature that has attracted the attention of users is that the Yoga Pro 9i Aura Edition comes with a 16-inch PureSight Pro display. This display feature incorporates the dual-stack tandem OLED panels to the Aura edition laptops, which help the display reach the peak brightness of 1,600 nits. This innovative approach ensures colorful and vibrant visuals even in scorching sunlight or in well-lit areas.

That’s already exciting, but to take it to a further height, the Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i Aura offers a 3.2K resolution, which is essentially 3,200 x 2,000 pixels, coming with a 120Hz refresh rate. This refresh rate and resolution emphasize providing a smooth and detailed visual experience like never before.

Apart from these, the Aura edition laptops also completely support Display P3 and Adobe RGB color gamuts. The incorporation of these elements makes it ideal for tasks that require accurate colors without a single fault. Moreover, the display of the Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i Aura is certified for Dolby Vision HDR and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000. These will enhance the viewing experience with deeper blacks and enhanced contrast.

Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i Aura: Enhanced Performance and AI Integration

In this AI era, the display can’t be the USP of a laptop. Therefore, AI integration is also needed, which is the primary reason behind Lenovo reintroducing its existing models under the Aura edition. Therefore, these laptops to have Intel processors are expected.

Reportedly, the Yoga Pro 9i Aura Edition is powered by the Intel Core Ultra 9 285H Arrow Lake-H CPU. Besides that, it is complemented by up to 64GB of LPDDR5X-7467 RAM and 1TB of PCIe NVMe storage. The GPU is handled by the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU with 8GB of GDDR7 VRAM. This ensures that the device can tackle demanding tasks like gaming easily without lag.

While talking about AI integration, one thing that deserves mention is Yoga Pro 9i Aura’s blending of AI capabilities. With its integration of Copilot+, the Yoga Pro 9i Aura provides users with some of the advanced AI features that almost instantly enhance the effectiveness of various applications, most importantly, photo editors. That’s not all; these laptops even have the Lenovo Creator Zone and Lenovo X Power to optimize performance and cooling to ensure a seamless user experience. With all these features, this model is the best for high-performing tasks like gaming and even multitasking.

Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i Aura: Connectivity

Next comes the connectivity features of the laptop. Lenovo Yoga 9i Aura edition laptops feature Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, two USB4 Type-C ports, one HDMI 2.1 port, two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports, an SD card reader, and a 3.5mm combo audio jack. Finally, the laptop features an 84WHr battery, which ensures extended usage without frequent charging issues.

Final Thoughts

The Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i Aura Edition is a significant step that Lenovo has taken toward AI computing. The introduction of the Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i Aura at MWC 2025 represents a substantial advancement in AI computing that the partnership of Intel and Lenovo is offering to users with an exciting blend of enhanced display technology, improved performance, and AI-driven enhancements.
