The Vivo X500 Pro has appeared in a new leak that reveals key display and chipset details ahead of its expected launch in China this September. The leak suggests the upcoming flagship could feature a 6.37-inch LTPO display with a 144Hz refresh rate, while the new 2nm MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset may power the device. Tipster Digital Chat Station shared the information on Weibo, though Vivo has not yet confirmed the details.
The latest leak also claims Vivo is testing the phone with a next-generation BOE OLED panel. The display may use LIPO packaging, which could create very slim bezels on all four sides. Reports also suggest the phone will keep Vivo's circular rear camera design and premium metal frame, giving the next flagship a familiar look with noticeable improvements.
The new specifications closely match earlier rumors that pointed to a September launch in China. Although the company remains silent, several leaks now suggest Vivo plans to deliver better performance, smoother visuals, and a more refined design with the X500 Pro.
The Vivo X500 Pro will succeed the Vivo X300 Pro, which launched with a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display and a 120Hz refresh rate. The current model runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor and offers up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It also includes a triple rear camera setup and a 6,510mAh battery supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
If these leaked specifications prove accurate, the Vivo X500 Pro could become one of the strongest Android flagship launches later this year by combining a faster chipset with a smoother display and a premium design.
