Vivo just gave a first peek of the Vivo X300 Ultra at the 2026 Mobile World Congress. The business verified the existence of the ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra, though most of the smartphone's specs remain unknown. According to reports, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset powers the Vivo X300 Ultra. Additionally, it is expected to have up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. The smartphone is likely to have a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.
In terms of the battery, the smartphone might have a 7,000mAh capacity and enable 40W wireless and 100W wired charging. The phone is expected to run OriginOS 6, a skin based on Android 16. It is anticipated that the Vivo X300 Ultra will be available in white, black, silver, and red. For dust and water resistance, the Vivo X300 Ultra may also receive IP68 and IP69 ratings.
