5 Assassin’s Creed Characters We Would Love to See in GTA 6

Assassin’s Creed characters in GTA 6- What if this bizarre combination comes true?

Written By : Antara

Grand Theft Auto and Assassin’s Creed are two entirely different types of gaming franchises. While the former is a violent action-adventure series that focuses on crime and chaos, the latter is a stealth-based action RPG franchise that emphasizes parkour and historical intrigue. However, both AC and GTA are iconic series in gaming history.

Hardly anyone has imagined an assassin navigating the neon-lit streets of Vice City while blending their lethal skills with the underworld of organized crime. But what if this comes true? Because imagination has no boundaries, here are five Assassin’s Creed characters who would be a perfect match for GTA 6.

Ezio Auditore da Firenze—The Ultimate Crime Boss

Ezio Auditore da Firenze is probably the most beloved assassin of Ubisoft’s iconic gaming series. His charismatic personality, leadership skills, and ruthless efficiency are features that would make him a perfect fit for GTA games. If players remember, Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood and Revelations, both feature Ezio, and players have seen his journey from a reckless young nobleman to the leader of the Assassin Brotherhood. This journey shows his ability to command respect and build an empire. These are the qualities that a GTA protagonist needs. Therefore, roaming around in the game of GTA 6, Ezio can easily take over the city with his charm, combat skills, and strategic mind.

Edward Kenway—The Pirate-Turned-Gangster

Assassin’s Creed series fans can’t forget Edward Kenway from Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. This protagonist from the AC series is the literal definition of a rogue outlaw, which makes him a seamless fit for the GTA universe. As a pirate and a smuggler, Edward is keen to acquire more wealth and has a talent for running illicit operations to survive in a cutthroat world. The additional advantage he has is his skills in naval combat which can easily be transformed into intense boat chases of GTA games. Apart from that, with his free-spirited, rebellious nature, he will be a standout GTA 6 protagonist to accomplish drug smuggling missions and intense shootouts.

Shay Cormac—The Undercover Enforcer

Shay Cormac is one of the most complicated protagonists of the Assassin’s Creed series. Featured in the 2014 game, Assassin’s Creed Rogue, he began his journey as an assassin, but as the story progresses, eventually, he switches sides and becomes a deadly Templar agent. The moral ambiguity of this character and his ability to operate from within enemy ranks are what make him a suitable choice for a GTA protagonist. In GTA 6’s storyline, he can fit seamlessly because in these games, betrayals and power struggles are two of the most common themes.

Shay would bring a new perspective of working for rivals, destroying criminal families by entering in there and manipulating the system to his advantage. Most importantly, he is stealthy and has excellent sharpshooting skills, which would make him a deadly protagonist to dominate Vice City’s criminal underworld.

Arno Dorian—The Elegant Thief

Another Assassin’s Creed protagonist that deserves a mention on this list is Arno Dorian from Assassin’s Creed Unity. This man is a master of stealth, deception, and high-class crime. However, apparently, he has a refined demeanour, which allows him to mix with high society easily. Aside from that, Arno has an excellent parkour skill that helps him traverse through the in-game world easily without any obstacles. would make an excellent addition to GTA 6, where wealth and corruption play major roles.

With these abilities, Arno is one of the most suitable choices to be a GTA 6 character who can acquire wealth using his appearance and strategic mind. Along with that, his parkour abilities will help him to navigate Vice City’s urban landscape while avoiding police and rival factions. Most interestingly, his talent in assassination and disguise could enable players to witness some of the most thrilling stealth missions in the game.

Jacob Frye—The Gang Leader

Jacob Frye is one of those Assassins who has earned massive popularity from AC fans. Jacob Frye and Evie Frye were two of the most popular protagonist duos from Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. Jacob specifically is a natural-born leader who survives in the gritty underbelly of Victorian London. His expertise in hand-to-hand combat, street brawling, and forming alliances would make him a great fit in the world of GTA 6, where he would easily tackle the gang wars.

In GTA games, criminal empires are built from the ground up, so here Jacob’s ability to control boroughs and run illegal enterprises would fit perfectly.

Conclusion

GTA and Assassin’s Creed have always existed in two different gaming worlds without any connections ever existing between them. However, a crossover of these two franchises isn't completely baseless, though, especially when several Assassin’s Creed characters seamlessly fit into the world of Grand Theft Auto. Whether it's leading a criminal empire, completing risky missions, or dominating Vice City, these above-mentioned AC protagonists can bring something new to the game.
