Born and educated in Vietnam, Tuan Pham Minh graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology with an engineering degree in Information Technology. Completing his studies in 1996, he entered the workforce during Vietnam’s early technology boom. His strong academic grounding in systems engineering, software development, and problem-solving became the foundation for a long-term career in enterprise technology leadership.
Tuan began his professional journey at FPT Corporation in 1996, progressing through multiple leadership roles. In 1999, he became Technology Director of FPT India, launching global expansion efforts. He later served as Managing Director, Vice President, and CEO across FPT Software, FPT Technology Solutions, and FPT Information System, before returning as CEO of FPT Software in 2018.
