Google has increased cloud storage included with its AI Plus subscription from 200GB to 400GB while keeping the monthly price unchanged. The update gives subscribers additional space across Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos without requiring a plan change.
Google’s AI Plus service is still Rs. 399 per month in India. The existing users will get a 400GB storage space from Google as an automatic upgrade.
The increased capacity will not have any impact on the existing services of the plan. The subscription plan still provides users with the same access to Gemini features, more usage capacity compared to free subscribers, and AI technology built into Google's applications. Other features that come with the plan are those provided via Gmail, Google Photos, Google Drive, and NotebookLM.

The move follows Google's efforts to strengthen its paid subscription offerings as competition in the cloud and AI markets intensifies. Earlier this year, the firm also added more benefits in terms of cloud storage for its high-paying customers.
People using Google services to store their media, work files, and backups will find a 200GB increment at no extra charges helpful. This move has enhanced the value of Google’s AI Plus service package through improved cloud storage.
