Bengaluru, August 11, 2026: Troogue.ai, the AI-powered capability platform transforming how enterprises discover, evaluate and deploy technology expertise, today announced the appointment of Madhusudhana Rao Podila as Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO).
The appointment comes as Troogue enters its next phase of growth, evolving from a fast-growing capability marketplace into a broader AI-led platform designed to help enterprises understand, access and deploy verified human capability at scale.
Troogue’s marketplace enables enterprises to discover, evaluate and deploy verified technology professionals and teams. Building on this foundation, the company is developing AI agents for enterprises and technology professionals, supported over time by a Human Intelligence Data Layer that brings together verified skills, assessment signals, experience and real-world work outcomes to build a continuously evolving view of capability.
Madhusudhan will lead the next phase of Troogue’s product and technology evolution, with responsibility for product vision, technology strategy and engineering execution.

Madhusudhan will work closely with Troogue’s founding and leadership teams as the company scales its enterprise platform, strengthens its AI capabilities and expands its product roadmap.
Madhusudhan joins Troogue from Thoughtworks, where he served as a senior leader in the Data and AI domain.
An IIM Calcutta alumnus with more than two decades of experience across Thoughtworks, Infosys and Four Soft, he has advised C-suite leaders across financial services, telecom, retail and digital businesses on Data, AI and large-scale technology transformations.
His experience spans enterprise technology strategy, Data and AI platforms, architecture, product-led transformation and complex engineering programs. This combination of strategic, architectural and execution experience will be central to Troogue’s ambition of building the next generation of capability infrastructure.
Based in Hyderabad, Madhusudhan lives with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he is an avid badminton player, an enthusiastic traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures, and a dedicated reader with a keen interest in business, leadership and technology.
