CoRover, a leading Conversational AI company, has announced the launch of its new lightweight Small Language Model (SLM), BharatGPT Mini, designed to deliver robust AI capabilities across low-infrastructure and compute-constrained environments. Trained on CoRover's proprietary conversational dataset, BharatGPT Mini is a 0.5 billion (or ~534 million) parameter model capable of performing text-in, text-out tasks in 14 Indic languages.
The model is optimized for edge and server implementations, enabling seamless AI performance on low-end devices. The model is currently released in a limited track and available through CoRover's DIY platform, CoRover Builder (at https://bharatgpt.ai/), which allows users to create AI Assistants in minutes.
