XRP drew renewed market attention after the XRP Ledger recorded 3,254 validated transactions in one block on September 14. The milestone followed the fixCleanup3_3_0 amendment rollout on mainnet. At the same time, traders are watching mixed technical signals and today’s US Senate procedural vote on the CLARITY Act.
Finance Biggo reported the 3,254-transaction record after the amendment reached mainnet. The figure marked a new single-block high for validated transactions on the XRP Ledger.
The milestone points to stronger network capacity as activity expands. Higher throughput can support the ledger’s technical credibility and its appeal for transaction-heavy use cases.
Market attention now extends beyond network performance. XRP’s price remains caught between supportive longer-term structure and short-term resistance as traders assess whether demand can strengthen.
On the hourly chart, XRP trades below the MA-20 at USD 1.4224 but remains above the MA-50 at USD 1.3847. The daily price also holds above the MA-200 at USD 1.2739.
The Ichimoku Kijun stands at USD 1.4337 and creates immediate resistance. Meanwhile, MACD shows a strong buy signal, and ADX also points toward buying pressure.
Still, RSI sits at 47.913, while CCI and Bull/Bear Power lean toward selling. Stochastic RSI remains oversold, and the Awesome Oscillator stays neutral.
Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse urged US senators to support the latest CLARITY Act version. The Senate plans a procedural vote on September 15, and the bill needs at least 60 votes.
Garlinghouse said lawmakers made important compromises during negotiations. Senate Republicans released a revised version with 126 changes requested by Democrats, covering ethics, digital assets, decentralized finance, banking and enforcement.
“Perfect can’t be the enemy of good,” Garlinghouse said. He also told senators, “The world is watching and voters are watching. Now is the time to vote yes.”

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent also backed the measure. He said the bill would help the United States compete in digital assets while protecting community banks from stablecoin-related deposit risks.
Bessent said the bill would give him more authority if stablecoins trigger deposit shifts away from community banks. He linked the measure to the administration’s broader digital asset agenda after the GENIUS Act.
XRP enters the September 15 Senate vote with a record XRP Ledger transaction block and mixed technical signals. The CLARITY Act could advance with 60 votes, while Garlinghouse and Bessent support the revised bill. Traders will continue watching resistance near the USD 1.4337 Kijun level.
