U.S. spot XRP exchange-traded funds have returned to positive weekly flows, while Solana ETFs extended their losing streak to three weeks. SoSoValue data shows that XRP funds attracted about USD 4.26 million during the October 19–23 trading week. Solana products, by contrast, recorded approximately USD 17.30 million in withdrawals through October 22, continuing a reversal that began after months of inflows.
The rebound followed USD 1.84 million in XRP ETF outflows during the week ending October 16. That was the fund's first negative week after 13 consecutive weeks of net subscriptions.
Trading opened quietly on October 19 and 20, with no reported net flows. Investors then added approximately USD 708,500 on Wednesday, followed by USD 3.55 million on Thursday. The second session marked the funds' largest daily inflow since October 8.
Franklin Templeton's XRPZ accounted for Thursday's reported subscriptions. Friday brought no net flows, leaving the weekly gain near USD 4.26 million and cumulative net inflows around USD 1.8 billion.
The flow recovery remained limited to two sessions. Meanwhile, XRP struggled to sustain a move toward USD 1.40. The token later retreated, showing that positive ETF flows did not coincide with a sustained price rebound.
Solana ETFs had recorded 14 consecutive weeks of inflows through October 2. The trend changed the following week, when withdrawals reached USD 24.81 million. Another USD 25.52 million left the funds in the week ending October 16.
Selling continued into the next trading week. SoSoValue data shows USD 6.72 million in net outflows on Monday and USD 2.65 million on Tuesday. Wednesday interrupted that sequence with approximately USD 585,300 in inflows, but investors withdrew another USD 8.51 million on Thursday.
The four sessions brought reported weekly withdrawals to about USD 17.30 million. Cumulative net inflows fell from approximately USD 1.61 billion on October 2 to USD 1.54 billion by October 22.
Farside Investors subsequently reported zero net flows for October 23, although one fund's entry remained blank. Its figures differ slightly from SoSoValue, so the USD 17.30 million total reflects SoSoValue's reporting through Thursday rather than a fully reconciled Friday close.
Solana traded near USD 101.20 after gaining 0.52% over 24 hours. The move broadly tracked a 0.32% increase in total cryptocurrency market value, while Bitcoin rose 0.095%. No clear Solana-specific catalyst accompanied the price change.
SOL remained close to USD 100 support, with its seven-day moving average near USD 103.99. Its 14-day RSI measured 35.83, below the neutral level of 50. A move above USD 104 would put that average back in focus, while a decline below USD 100 would return attention to the recent USD 99 area.
Meanwhile, XRP traded around USD 1.28, close to its 200-day moving average. Its 14-day relative strength index stood near 39, while the recent USD 1.26 low marked nearby support. A break below that level would bring the USD 1.20 area into view. Immediate resistance lay near USD 1.42 and USD 1.46.
The next catalyst may be the upcoming Federal Reserve meeting on October 27–28, with its policy decision scheduled for October 28. Its official calendar lists a press conference following the announcement.
